Skilled Nursing facility located in Victorville. This is an upscale facility that offers residents a high level of care in a home-like setting. We offer the assurance of 24 hour skilled nursing staff, wholesome meals and snacks, and a full range of rehabilitation services. The activity programs are designed with the needs of the special clientele in mind, as are our tastefully decorated rooms, and abundant activity areas. Our active recreational and social programs satisfy even the most selective residents. This facility is really a home away from home. We pride ourselves with our compassionate and supportive nursing and rehab care. Our employees have all been at the facility a number of years.
Job Requirements:
We are currently experiencing a dire need for Therapists and Therapy Assistants willing to work with the geriatric population in California. My job is to make sure that we have enough staff so that all the patients receive the treatments they need and deserve.
My company represents several upscale skilled nursing facilities throughout California. All the facilities are in prime locations and are staffed with caring, well paid, dedicated therapists committed to supporting new therapists.
