Director of Emergency Services Florida
The Director of our Emergency Department Services is responsible for overall planning, direction, and administration including budgeting considerations coordination and supervision of Emergency department's patients.
The Director will instill the vision, mission, philosophy, evidence based practice, and standards with a keen focus on timely patient flow and quality of care.
The position requires knowledge and skill of professional nursing theory and practice, leadership in administration, principles of effective teaching and learning, fiscal management, and effective interpersonal relationships and communication.
He/She encourages leadership development, policy development, and decision-making among staff. The Director is expected to inspect what you expect for quality and appropriateness of healthcare delivery. The ER has over 60,000 patient visits. The ER is computerized; has the latest technology.
Must have experience in at least 40,000 visit ER.

Job Requirements:
Recent and Previous experience as a Director of Emergency Svs.
Requires BSN, Masters preferred.
