We are seeking a This position will oversee multiple clinics in the Michiana area, with a strong team of Practice Managers at each clinic. Prior experience is required in the areas of billing, collecting, HIM, EMR. Experience in credentialing and the McKesson EMR system is a plus. This position oversees the business operations the medical practices and supervises the work of administrative staff and others as assigned. The position requires hiring and training staff, working with vendors who sell equipment and supplies, contracting for cleaning services and the removal of medical waste, ensuring compliance with various regulatory agencies, and renewing any licenses required for the personnel and office. Focus on directing the billing and collecting functions at the medical practices is crucial in this position. Bachelors Degree in Business or related field preferred with a minimum of 5 years experience in medical practice management with focus on collection and billing required.
