| Vocational Field Case Manager (workers compensation) |

Will provide vocational management and job placement services to clients to assist them in reaching a pre-injury/pre-illness level of functioning and in returning them to a productive lifestyle. Activities include, but are not limited to, coordination of medical care, vocational exploration, counseling and job placement.
>Meet with clients to conduct an initial assessment of client's vocational and situational status and to evaluate and make recommendations for assisting the client to overcome obstacles in order to enable the client to maximize his/her potential.
>Meet with clients in their homes, physician's or therapist's offices, and/or work sites to provide on-going case management services. Travel between these sites.
> Conduct on-site Job Analysis of client's pre-injury position as part of a three-point initial assessment as well as other positions requiring analysis as part of casework.
>Communicate both in person and by telephone with clients, medical providers, attorneys, employers, insurance carriers, etc.
>Prepare reports and other required paperwork as documentation of all casework activities at a consistently high standard and in a timely manner.
